About Daniel
It all started for me personally when I started lifting barbells to get stronger under my house at 13 years of age. Then 7 years later winning a 1995 IFBB Junior Mr Brisbane bodybuilding title. People would always ask how I trained and ate to get in shape, so coaching became a natural progression. Over the last 14 years I have honed my skills in coaching. I have coached many clients to win State and National Titles in many Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Federations. Armed with Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness, i tailor personalised fitness coaching to suit the goals of my clients. Being able to help people improve their zest for life though improved exercise and nutrition is truly rewarding and drives me to provide the best service possible.
