About Daniel
I tailor personalised fitness coaching to suit the individual needs and goals of my clients.
I have over 30 years experience in the fitness industry. It all started for me personally lifting barbells under my house at 13 years of age. Then 7 years later winning a 1995 IFBB Junior Mr Brisbane bodybuilding title. Over the last 14 years I have honed my skills in coaching. I have coached many clients to win State and National Titles in many Bodybuilding, Figure and Bikini Federations.
I also have a sincere passion for restoring energy and vitality to those feeling drained, fatigued, and unwell, reclaiming their zest for life. Being able to help people improve their lifestyle though improved exercise and nutrition is truly rewarding and drives me to provide the best service possible.
